QA CSV and Data Integrity expect

Johnson & Johnson seeks a QA CSV engineer and data integrity expert for its CAR-T hub in Belgium. The role provides quality oversight for computerized system validation and data integrity across manufacturing and laboratory areas, ensuring compliance with cGMP regulations and company standards throughout the system lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Ensure computer systems validation regulatory requirements are fulfilled throughout system lifecycle phases
- Act as process owner and review CSV documents including SOPs, validation plans, risk analyses, and deviations
- Maintain current knowledge of international CSV guidelines and implement improvements at the organization
- Serve as subject matter expert on data integrity topics and spokesperson during regulatory audits
- Support cross-functional teams on new system introductions and provide CSV advice for project preparation
Requirements
- Master's degree in scientific field or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical industry experience
- Knowledge of cGMP/CSV compliance standards including 21 CFR Parts 11, 210, 211, and EU Annex 11
- Demonstrated experience with computerized system validation projects
- Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and verbal communication
- Strong risk-based decision-making ability with quality-focused mindset
Compensation: €60,000–€96,255 base
