I'm currently recruiting for an OT / Product Security Specialist to join a fast-growing scale-up based in Ghent, delivering cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions across industrial and connected product environments. This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and hands-on OT/product security, supporting two brand-new projects with a multinational client.

Requirements:
2+ years' experience in cybersecurity with a focus on OT / industrial environments
Hands-on experience with industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, or PLC environments
Understanding of OT protocols (e.g. Modbus, OPC, DNP3) & network segmentation principles
Familiarity with OT security standards and frameworks (e.g. IEC 62443, NIST CSF)
Experience in vulnerability management, risk assessments, and incident response within OT
Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, engineering, or a related technical field is a plus
Fluency in English is required (Dutch is a strong plus)

Monitor threats, vulnerabilities, and security tooling across OT/IoT landscapes
Support compliance with evolving regulations and advise stakeholders on OT/product security posture
