Project Leader New Installations

For our New Installations department , we are looking for a project  leader to strengthen our team.

Your location

As  a project leader for new installations , you are responsible for the coordination, implementation and follow-up of our new installations. You ensure that projects run efficiently, safely and on budget from the preparation phase to delivery. You will be a crucial link between clients, subcontractors and internal teams and will play a key role in the success of our projects.

Your tasks include

Management and organization

• Coordination and monitoring of the implementation of new installation projects.
• Organize and monitor on-site security.
• Manage and support your team, including your own technicians (marshals) and subcontractors.
• Writing, managing and monitoring project planning.
• Ensure quality of workmanship and compliance with safety standards.

Communication and stakeholder management

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Regular communication with internal and external partners on progress, planning and possible changes.
• Participate in site meetings and report on the status of projects.

Financial and administrative follow-up

• Project budget tracking, work approval, and purchase order management.
• Preparation and follow-up of additional prices and complaints.
• Monitor and approve vendor performance and invoicing.
• Management of project administration (inspections, delivery files, permits,...).

Delivery and quality control

• Organize inspections and deliveries in consultation with the customer.
• Ensure correct and timely delivery of the project.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and quality standards.
• Tracking and checking TKE installation instructions

Your profile

Education and experience

• Bachelor's degree in electromechanics or equivalent by experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management or site supervision, preferably in the construction or elevator sector, with a strong affinity for technology and industrial environments .

Language and technical skills

• Bilingual French and Dutch, English is an asset.
• Strong technical knowledge in electromechanics and project management.
• Experience with MS Office and scheduling tools.
