Your role

As a Senior Strategy Consultant, you help enterprise customers make better strategic decisions

about customer growth, Data, AI and MarTech investments.

You operate at the intersection of business strategy, customer experience, data and technology.

You help organizations identify growth opportunities, prioritize investments, shape future

capabilities and ensure strategic initiatives contribute to measurable business outcomes.

You are a trusted advisor for senior client stakeholders and a strategic sparring partner for

Dignify's delivery teams.

This is a consulting role focused on strategy, guidance and value realization. It is measured on

value realized, not decks delivered.

You will not carry a sales quota or run delivery yourself. But as a senior member of a consultancy,

you are expected to help grow the accounts and the practice you work in, and to stay close

enough to delivery that the value you promised is protected.

Your mission

You help enterprise organizations answer questions such as:

· Where can future customer growth come from?

· Which customer engagement initiatives will create the highest business impact?

· How can Data, AI and MarTech enable business objectives?

· Which investments should be prioritized and why?

· How do we move from technology adoption to business value realization?

· How should teams, governance and operating models evolve to support growth?

· How do we avoid fragmented initiatives and create scalable capabilities?

· Which metrics should define success?

· How do we turn recommendations into adoption, rather than another set of ideas that sit unused?

Your goal is to help clients make confident strategic decisions that drive sustainable growth. And

to see those decisions through to results they can measure.

What you will do

Develop customer growth strategies

Work with clients to identify growth opportunities across:

· Acquisition

· Conversion

· Retention

· Loyalty

· Customer Lifetime Value

· Customer Engagement

You combine business objectives, customer needs and market insights into clear strategic

recommendations.

Shape Data, AI & MarTech strategy

Advise clients on how data, AI and technology can accelerate business performance.

Examples include:

· CRM Strategy

· Customer Data Strategy

· CDP Activation

· Marketing Automation Strategy

· Personalization Strategy

· Customer Intelligence

· Loyalty Strategy

· Measurement & Analytics

You help clients understand where technology creates value and where it does not.

Build strategic roadmaps

Translate strategic ambitions into clear and actionable plans.

· Transformation roadmaps

· Value realization plans

· Maturity roadmaps

· Investment recommendations

· Strategic decision frameworks

You help organizations focus on the initiatives that matter most.

Your mission

Advise on operating models & governance

Technology investments succeed when organizations are structured to use them effectively.

You support clients in defining:

· Governance models

· Roles & responsibilities

· Decision-making structures

· Ways of working

· Capability ownership

· Central versus local governance

· Prioritization processes

You help organizations become more effective and scalable in how they activate customer

engagement.

Facilitate executive decision making

You create clarity in complex environments.

You:

· Facilitate workshops

· Lead strategic discussions

· Present recommendations to senior stakeholders

· Build executive-ready business cases

· Challenge assumptions constructively

· Translate complexity into practical choices

You are comfortable engaging with marketing, digital, data, CRM, IT and executive leadership

teams.

Partner with existing delivery teams

You work closely with Dignify specialists to ensure strategy translates into successful execution.

You collaborate with:

· Solution Architects

· Data Consultants

· CRM Consultants

· Marketing Automation Specialists

· Delivery Leads

· Client Leads

You define direction and priorities, while delivery teams bring those strategies to life. You stay

engaged through delivery, not just at the strategy hand-off, so the outcomes you promised

actually materialize.

What you'll bring

Experience

· 8-10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, customer strategy, CRM, MarTech,

digital transformation or customer experience, with meaningful time spent as the lead

advisor in the room, not supporting it

· Experience working with enterprise organizations

· Experience facilitating senior stakeholder discussions

· Experience translating business challenges into strategic recommendations

· Experience building roadmaps, business cases and strategic plans

· Evidence that your strategies were actually adopted and delivered. References, not just deliverables

· Fluency using AI tools yourself to prototype and pressure-test ideas, increasingly what

separates a strategist from a slide

Practicalities:

· Based in the Benelux, with hybrid working and regular time on client side.

· Fluent in English and in Dutch.

· Reports into the Dignify management team, works alongside client and delivery teams.

This role is not

To be clear, this role is not :

· A sales or business development role

· An account management role

· A pure implementation role

You are, however, expected to contribute commercially: strong strategy is how Dignify earns the next project mandate.

This is a strategic consulting role focused on helping enterprise organizations define priorities, make informed decisions and maximize the value of their customer growth investments. It is a senior, client-facing role for someone who wants to own outcomes, not just author recommendations.
