Beschrijving van de functie

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and growing a portfolio of clients across Brussels and Belgium.

• Identify and approach new clients
• Build relationships with decision-makers and executives
• Understand business challenges and propose the right consulting solution
• Sell AI expertise
• Negotiate commercial agreements and close deals
• Work closely with recruiters to match the right consultants to client needs
• Follow consultants on-site and ensure long-term client satisfaction
• Continuously expand your network and market knowledge

Jouw profiel

• You know how staffing and consulting work.
• You've already sold projects, consultants, services or expertise.
• You enjoy hunting for opportunities and building lasting commercial relationships.
• You probably have:
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in consulting, staffing, recruitment or IT services
  • Experience developing new accounts from scratch
  • A strong commercial mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
  • The ability to challenge, influence and convince stakeholders
  • Fluency in English, French and/or Dutch
  • A passion for business development and people
