Krijg jij energie van telefonische contacten en hou je ervan om mensen professioneel en vriendelijk verder te helpen?
Voor een klant in Zwevegem, actief in de decoratiesector en meubelen, zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren telefoniste die het eerste aanspreekpunt wil zijn voor klanten. Jij bent de stem van het bedrijf en zorgt voor een warme, vlotte en correcte communicatie.
Wat ga je doen?
- Inkomende telefoons professioneel beantwoorden en correct doorverbinden
- Klanten vriendelijk te woord staan en hun vragen efficiënt behandelen
- Basisinformatie verstrekken over producten en diensten
- Administratieve ondersteuning waar nodig
Wat wij van jou vragen:
Wat verwachten we van jou?
- Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een callcenteromgeving
- Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht
- Je werkt gestructureerd en behoudt het overzicht, ook op drukke momenten
- Je bent flexibel inzetbaar (20u of 38u – uren zijn bespreekbaar)
