Are you that creative mind who can put our hotels on the map, both online and offline? As a Marketing Intern at Van der Valk, no day is the same. You will be responsible for all hotel communications, from the menu to social media campaigns, in collaboration with various departments.

WHAT YOU DO

• Creating successful marketing campaigns
• Generating content for all communication channels
• Managing various social media channels based on the social media calendar you develop in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Manager
• Suggesting improvements for the website and implementing them
• Creating online newsletters
• Collaborating with other departments like Valk Publications and Valk Service center, as well as fellow marketers from other Van der Valk locations
• Staying up-to-date with developments in the field of marketing and communication

WHO YOU ARE

• The spider in the web
• Creative mind
• Good at multitasking
• You speak the Dutch language
• Enthousiastic
• You are enrolled in a Marketing, Communicatie or Hotel Management course
• You have (some) experience with grafic design- and programmes like Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and/or Illustratoris.

For all internships, we are looking for an intern for a minimum of 15 weeks, who will come and do an internship 4 or 5 days a week. Furthermore, for this internship position it is important that you have a good command of the language of the country where the hotel is located, and that youspeel English well.
