Ben je op zoek naar een directe aanname ? Als Reliability Ingenieur ben jij dé expert die de betrouwbaarheid en de efficiëntie van machines waarborgt. Je ondersteunt operationele teams bij het verbeteren van methodes en processen om onderhoudswerkzaakheden betrouwbaarder en beter te organiseren. Met je data-inzichten en hands-on aanpak draag je actief bij aan het verhogen van de betrouwbaarheid van installaties.

Jouw taken:
Onderhoudsplannen ontwikkelen en beheren
- Ontwikkelen, schrijven en optimaliseren van onderhoudsplannen
- Invoeren van onderhoudstaken in het CMMS-systeem
Data-analyse en rapportering
- CMMS-data analyseren en interpreteren & analyse van exploitatiegegevens
- Onderzoeken van oorzaken van storingen en machine-onbetrouwbaarheid
- Tools en macro’s ontwikkelen voor diepgaandere analyse
- Ondersteunen en rapporteren aan interne stakeholders en klanten
Continu verbeteren & digitaliseren
- Audits uitvoeren en verbetervoorstellen implementeren
- Beheren van tools zoals 5S, AMDEC (FMEA) , PDCA
- Deelnemen aan verbeterprojecten rond methode, techniek, organisatie of veiligheid
- Interne processen helpen digitaliseren
CMMS & stockbeheer
- Zorgen voor correcte input en configuratie van het CMMS
- Voorraadrotatie analyseren en beheer ondersteunen
- Stockdata correct invoeren bij opstart van nieuwe onderhoudscontracten
Boomstructuur van machines
- Analyse van de boomstructuur van machines en deze up-to-date houden in het CMMS
Kwaliteit en milieu
- Werken volgens de voorgeschreven procedures
- Toepassen van ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 normen
Wat wij van jou vragen:
- Technisch Master diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring
- Sterk analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met dataverwerking
- Bekend met onderhoudsmanagementsystemen (CMMS)
- Je werkt graag projectmatig en gaat planmatig en gestructureerd te werk
- Uitstekende kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels
