En tant que National Sales Director, vous êtes responsable de la stratégie commerciale de DAS Belgique et de la direction de notre réseau de courtiers et de partenaires.
Concrètement :
- Vous dirigez l’équipe de gestion des ventes, notamment le responsable des ventes Nord, responsable des ventes Sud, responsable des ventes tiers, responsable Marketing & Communication) et les soutenez sur le terrain.
- Vous concevez et mettez en œuvre une segmentation claire de notre réseau de courtiers, avec des approches différenciées pour chaque segment (volume, marge, potentiel, adéquation stratégique).
- Vous conduisez la transformation de notre modèle économique, basé non plus sur le « volume » mais sur la « marge ».
- Vous renforcez les relations avec les courtiers et partenaires clés, en agissant comme leur interlocuteur principal à un niveau senior dans votre rôle de Directeur national des ventes.
- Vous soutenez le responsable des ventes tiercesdans le développement de nouveaux canaux de distribution et de partenariats au-delà du canal traditionnel des courtiers.
- Vous encadrez l’équipe Marketing & Communication afin de garantir un parfait alignement entre les activités marketing (campagnes, événements, formations, communication) et les priorités commerciales.
- Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le CEO, le COO, le Head of Technical Excellence, Head of Claims and Head of UPM afin d’aligner la stratégie commerciale avec la souscription, la gestion des sinistres et les opérations, dans le cadre du plan stratégique actuel.
