Onze klant is actief binnen de financiële dienstverlening en ondersteunt een afgebakende professionele doelgroep. De organisatie vertrekt vanuit een collectief model en focust op het beheren van risico's en financiële continuïteit. Daarbij staat een duurzame en evenwichtige aanpak centraal, afgestemd op de behoeften van haar leden.
Voor het Finance team zijn ze op zoek naar een nieuwe Head of Finance die 8 personen zal aansturen en rechtstreeks rapporteert aan de CFO.
Beschrijving van de functie
- Verantwoordelijk voor correcte kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen en de naleving van financiële regelgeving
- Coördinatie en tijdige indiening van wettelijke en prudentiële rapporteringen
- Centrale aanspreekpersoon voor auditoren, adviseurs en toezichthouders, in nauwe samenwerking met de CFO
- Integratie en opvolging van nieuwe boekhoudkundige, fiscale en juridische wetgeving
- Coördinatie van budget, forecasts en financiële variantie-analyses
- Analyse en monitoring van rentabiliteit , solvabiliteit en langetermijnstrategie
- Ontwikkeling van managementrapportering en dashboards ter ondersteuning van besluitvorming
- Beheer van cashflow, liquiditeiten en opvolging van financiële en vastgoedactiva
- Aansturing , ontwikkeling en organisatie van een multidisciplinair Finance-team (8 personen )
- Leiding geven aan transversale projecten en ondersteunen van strategische beslissingen via financiële impactanalyses
Jouw profiel
- Masteropleiding in Finance, Accountancy of Handelswetenschappen , met voorkeur voor specialisatie in fiscaliteit of verzekeringen
- 7-10 jaar relevante finance-ervaring , idealiter binnen verzekeringen en met Solvency II-kennis
- Sterke technische expertise in Belgische boekhoud- en fiscale regelgeving en ERP-systemen
- Analyse- en reportingvaardigheden met Power BI, geavanceerde Excel
- Vloeiend in het Nederlands , professionele kennis van het Frans
- Leiderschap en competenties: strategisch, hands-on, coachende people manager, stressbestendig en communicatief sterk
