Business Change Manager (Senior)

Challenge |
Projets stratégiques à accompagner :
Déploiement d'outils numériques structurants (notamment un SIRH/HRIS et des solutions digitales destinées aux équipes sur le terrain).
Création, déploiement et positionnement d'un nouveau département et de ses équipes.
Structuration du Change Office et diffusion de la culture du changement dans toute l'organisation.
Activités de conduite du changement :
Élaborer le récit du projet ( change narrative ) et cartographier les parties prenantes.
Évaluer les impacts organisationnels et humains sur les groupes d'utilisateurs.
Définir et exécuter le plan de conduite du changement (stratégie d'engagement, plans de communication, dispositifs de formation et animation d'ateliers).
Mesurer les taux d'adoption, ajuster les démarches selon une approche Agile et gérer les résistances.
Épauler le Corporate Change Manager dans le suivi de la feuille de route globale de la conduite du changement.
Casting |
Expérience : Plus de 7 ans d'expérience avérée en conduite du changement.
Langues : Bilinguisme parfait Français et Néerlandais (lu, parlé, écrit).
Expérience dans le secteur de l'énergie
Expérience dans les environnements RH, en optimisation des processus métier, ainsi qu'en gestion de projet et mise en place de Change Office .
Savoir-faire : Pratique du reporting multi-niveaux et accompagnement du déploiement d'outils SIRH/HRIS.
Certification : Certification Prosci / ADKAR (actuelle ou passée).
Atouts supplémentaires
Maîtrise de l'Anglais.
Maîtrise des méthodologies de changement (ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin, etc.) et de la gestion des résistances complexes.
Compétences analytiques et maîtrise des outils Excel / PowerBI.
