Admin Assistant Intern - Stage

The team is looking for a highly motivated Admin Assistant Intern.

As Admin Assistant Intern, you will work closely with the  Executive Assistant  and support her in her daily tasks. Your primary focus will be to assist with administrative coordination, internal communication, and organizational support across various departments. You will be contributing to the smooth operation of the office.

Main responsibilities

️  Admin & Office Management:  

• provide administrative support to the team (booking facilities, accommodation, lunches, orders, shipment requests,...) 
• managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating, travel arrangements). 

  HR Assistance:  

• support HR with onboarding of new collaborators
• support initiatives related to the employees’ professional life (incentive, group activities,…), 
• maintain HR database accurate and support with extracting the monthly timesheet report.

  Finance Assistance: support financial reporting by reviewing open items

You have:

• Strong organizational skills;
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively;
• Fluency in English and confidence using it in a professional environment;
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
• Familiarity with IA (Copilot, ChatGPT,…), SharePoint and Jira (experience is a plus ).
