Site engineer
Voor onze klant in Gent , actief in technisch onderhoud en gebouwbeheer, zoeken wij een Site Engineer die graag het overzicht bewaart op de site. Je combineert planning, technische ondersteuning en klantencontact en zorgt dat onderhoud en kleine projecten vlot, veilig en kwalitatief verlopen. Wat ga je doen?
Je coördineert en volgt preventief onderhoud, spin-offs en add-ons op.
Je plant dagelijkse en wekelijkse werkzaamheden in samenwerking met de service desk.
Je communiceert helder met klanten over uitgevoerde werken en voorstellen.
Je stemt intern af met service desk en Contract Manager over planning en offertes.
Je levert duidelijke service- en prestatieverslagen aan.
Je begeleidt en ondersteunt techniekers en zorgt voor een sterke teamsfeer.
Je bewaakt veiligheid en correcte toepassing van PBM’s.
Je staat in voor pré-facturatie en onderhandelt met klanten waar nodig.
Bachelor in een technische richting (bv. klimatisatie) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
Eerste relevante ervaring is een plus, attitude en leergierigheid zijn minstens zo belangrijk.
Interesse in HVAC, elektriciteit en gebouwtechnieken.
Technische certificaten (GI, GII, koeltechniek, VCA, …) zijn een troef.
Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en met oog voor detail.
Je analyseert problemen snel en denkt oplossingsgericht.
Je bent klantgericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
