Digital Adoption & Change Enablement Lead

This role sits within the Digital Technology, Communication & Change team, whose mission is to drive digital adoption and support digital transformation across the organization.

The consultant will support two Communities of Practice:

· Digital Change Management Community

· Functional System Owner Community

The role combines both  Change Management and  Digital / IT expertise .

Key Responsibilities

Digital Change Management Community

· Maintain and enhance change management frameworks, methodologies, and toolkits.

· Support the growth and maturity of the community.

· Contribute to learning and capability-building journeys.

· Capture and integrate best practices into existing methodologies.

Functional System Owner Community

· Lead change management activities.

· Develop and execute communication plans.

· Coordinate training and engagement initiatives.

· Perform stakeholder mapping and impact assessments.

· Support organizational changes linked to digital systems and processes.

Requirements

Must Have

· Prosci ADKAR Certification (mandatory).

Strong Change Management experience, including:
· Communication planning
· Stakeholder mapping
· Training and adoption activities
· Change strategies and execution

Solid Digital / IT background:
· Digital transformation projects
· System implementation
· IT project environments
· Service management concepts

Ability to interact with confidently both technical and business stakeholders.
Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
Practical, hands-on approach with willingness to drive operational activities.  

Nice to Have

· Previous experience as an Engineer, Developer, Domain Lead, or similar Digital role.
· Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
· Experience with AI, Power Apps, Copilot, or automation initiatives.
· Experience building Communities of Practice.
· Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation programs.
· Experience in a global and matrix organization.
