Le poste est à distance, mais vous devez être basé·e en Grèce pour pouvoir commencer. Et pas dinquiétude on vous aide à vous installer.
Vos missions :

Assister les clients francophones par téléphone, chat et email

Résoudre les problèmes techniques ou de service (une formation est prévue)

Assurer une expérience client fluide et efficace

Travailler en collaboration avec une équipe jeune et multiculturelle
Profil recherché :

Français niveau C2 , anglais minimum B2

Excellentes compétences en communication
-
Curiosité, adaptabilité et esprit déquipe

Aucune expérience requise motivation et envie dapprendre suffisent
