SHE-Engineer

Wij zijn op zoek naar een SHE-Engineer (Safety, Health, and Environmental) die verantwoordelijk is voor de implementatie en opvolging van alle veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieuregels op de werf. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van een veilige en efficiënte werkomgeving en werkt nauw samen met verschillende stakeholders binnen het project.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Opvolgen en implementeren van veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieuprocedures op de werf.
- Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en adviseren over preventieve maatregelen.
- Coördineren en geven van veiligheidsopleidingen en toolboxmeetings voor werfpersoneel.
- Controleren of de werkzaamheden voldoen aan wettelijke normen en projectvereisten.
- Opvolgen van incidenten en ongevallen en voorstellen doen voor verbeteringen.
- Samenwerken met de werfleiding en externe partijen om veiligheid te optimaliseren.
- Zorgen voor een continu verbetering van de veiligheids- en milieucultuur binnen het project.
- Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring als SHE-Engineer of in een vergelijkbare veiligheidsfunctie binnen de bouwsector.
- Goede kennis van veiligheids- en milieuwetgeving en -normen.
- Ervaring met risicoanalyses en preventiemaatregelen.
- Communicatief sterk en in staat om teams te begeleiden en te motiveren.
- Kennis van Nederlands en Frans (professioneel niveau).
- Proactieve en probleemoplossende mindset.
- Ervaring binnen multidisciplinaire bouwprojecten is een plus!
