As part of strengthening our teams, we are looking for two Lobby Host interns .
This internship offers a versatile experience in a luxury hotel environment, combining guest relations and sales activities within the Coutume retail space. The internship is organized with a rotation between the two roles, with approximately 60-70% of the time spent as a Lobby Host and 30-40% as a Coutume Sales Associate .Your Responsibilities
Lobby Host
- Warmly welcome guests upon their arrival.
- Maintain an active presence in the lobby and ensure a high-quality guest experience.
- Provide information and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
- Direct visitors to the hotel's various services and facilities.
- Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and friendly environment.
- Welcome and advise customers within the Coutume retail space.
- Present products and promote available offers.
- Participate in sales transactions and cash handling according to established procedures.
- Ensure the sales area is well maintained and products are attractively displayed.
- Contribute to achieving service quality and customer satisfaction objectives.
- You are currently a student and looking for an internship of at least 2 months .
- You have excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
- You enjoy interacting with an international clientele.
- You are dynamic, professional, and well-presented.
- You are organized, versatile, and enjoy working as part of a team.
- Fluency in French is required; English is an asset.
- A valid internship agreement (convention de stage) is mandatory.

- Exposure to two complementary professions: guest relations and retail sales.
- Ongoing support throughout the internship to help you develop your professional skills.
