Data & Analytics Manager

Challenge |
Le/La Data & Analytics Manager assure le lien entre les bases de données, l'IT et les processus de développement afin de répondre aux besoins des utilisateurs et de collaborer avec les partenaires.
1. Gestion des bases de données
Gestion technique : Gérer et exploiter les bases de données avec plusieurs prestataires.
Lancement et programmation : Participer au lancement et à la programmation d'une base de données commune avec un partenaire externe, ainsi qu'à la définition des procédures et appels d'offres.
Tests et recettes : Tester les bases développées par les prestataires, analyser les résultats et créer les tickets d'incident ou de modification.
Suivi des développements : Organiser le suivi du développement et de l'avancement de la base commune avec le partenaire.
Coordination de projets : Piloter les projets avec les partenaires et coordonner la communication interne et externe.
Support utilisateurs clés : Accompagner la mise en œuvre de la base commune auprès des utilisateurs clés ( key users ).
Optimisation des processus : Analyser les problèmes opérationnels, consulter les parties prenantes et proposer des outils IT pour améliorer l'efficacité.
Adaptation sur mesure : Analyser les demandes, développer ou adapter les bases de données et formuler des propositions adaptées.
Analyse des besoins : Étudier les besoins, analyser les applications existantes et proposer des améliorations.
Support technique : Assurer le support des utilisateurs des bases secondaires et développer applications, formules, requêtes et rapports.
2. Maintenance de la base de données commune
Gérer les utilisateurs, la structure des données et les droits d'accès.
Assurer la configuration, les sauvegardes ( backups ) et la surveillance du système ( monitoring ).
3. Reporting et Business Intelligence (BI)
Création de rapports : Développer des rapports visuels et intuitifs pour faciliter l'interprétation des données.
Contrôle qualité : Vérifier la conformité et l'exactitude des données administratives et de subvention.
Analyse croisée : Comparer et croiser les données de différentes sources (cubes de données).
4. Autres activités
Participer aux groupes de travail et réunions internes.
Casting |
Diplôme / Niveau : Bachelor (Baccalauréat) ou niveau équivalent par l'expérience.
Expérience : 2 à 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente.
