Branch Manager / Director International Moving
Als Branch Manager / Director ben jij het kloppend hart van de organisatie. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met hands-on management en zorgt ervoor dat de vestiging niet alleen efficiënt draait, maar ook sterk groeit.
Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening, bouwt duurzame klantrelaties uit en stuurt je team aan naar topresultaten.
Wat ga je doen?
Strategie & Management
- Mee vorm geven aan de strategische koers van de vestiging
- Strategie vertalen naar concrete acties en resultaten
- Dagelijkse werking coördineren en optimaliseren
- Waken over kwaliteit, compliance (o.a. ISO) en continue verbetering
- Rapporteren aan het management en bijdragen aan groeidoelstellingen
Operations
- Aansturen en organiseren van de dagelijkse activiteiten
- Verantwoordelijk voor een kwalitatieve dienstverlening en klanttevredenheid
- Beheren van leveranciers en onderaannemers
- Toezien op veiligheid, duurzaamheid en efficiënte processen
People management
- Aanwerven, coachen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers
- Evaluaties en opvolging van prestaties
- Creëren van een sterke, motiverende teamcultuur
Finance
- Budgetbeheer en opvolging van resultaten
- Optimaliseren van kosten en marge
- Facturatie, cashflow en financiële KPI’s bewaken
Sales & Business Development
- Uitwerken en realiseren van een commerciële strategie
- Actief nieuwe opportuniteiten detecteren en benutten
- Onderhouden van sterke klantenrelaties (key accounts)
- Vertegenwoordigen van de organisatie op events en bij klanten
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen een operationele omgeving
- Ervaring in relocations, logistics of services is een sterke troef
- Je combineert commerciële flair met een hands-on mentaliteit
- Je bent sterk in people management en weet teams te motiveren
- Je hebt een goed financieel inzicht en stuurt op resultaten
- Je communiceert vlot en professioneel (meertalig is een plus)
- Je houdt het hoofd koel in een dynamische, internationale context
