Als Reliability & Maintenance Technician zorg je voor betrouwbare, veilige en efficiënte installaties. Je optimaliseert preventief onderhoud, volgt werkorders op, beheert verbeteracties en ondersteunt de dagelijkse onderhoudsactiviteiten.
Je verantwoordelijkheden
- Uitwerken, optimaliseren en opvolgen van preventieve onderhoudsplannen.
- Analyseren van storingen en implementeren van structurele verbeteringen.
- Ondersteunen van reliability-initiatieven om de beschikbaarheid van installaties te verhogen.
- Opvolgen van acties uit risicoanalyses, HAZOP-studies en inspecties.
- Identificeren van verbeterkansen op het vlak van veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en onderhoudskosten.
- Beheren, prioriteren en opvolgen van werkorders en onderhoudswerken.
- Opvolgen van de onderhoudsbacklog en wegwerken van achterstanden.
- Vervangen van de Maintenance Supervisor bij afwezigheid, inclusief coördinatie van onderhoudsactiviteiten en contractoren.
- Toezien op een veilige uitvoering van werkzaamheden en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor operationele onderhoudsvragen.

Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in de veilige productie en levering van hoogwaardige op zwavel gebaseerde chemicaliën voor verschillende industrieën.
Profil
- Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring in een technische richting (elektromechanica, mechanica, onderhoudstechnologie of vergelijkbaar).
- Enige ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving, bij voorkeur (petro)chemie of procesindustrie.
- Kennis van preventief onderhoud, reliability-methodieken en werkorderbeheer.
- Ervaring met onderhoudsbeheersystemen (CMMS) is een plus.
- Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een gestructureerde werkaanpak.
- Hands-on ingesteld en in staat prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische omgeving.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en natuurlijke leiderschapskwaliteiten.
