Beschrijving van de functie
- Coördineren en opvolgen van on-site facility operations (o.a. cleaning, landscaping, waste management, pest control, .)
- Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers, leveranciers en interne stakeholders
- Administratief en operationeel beheer via ticketing- en monitoringtools, inclusief opvolging van SLA's
- Ondersteuning van HS&E-activiteiten: rapporteren van onveilige situaties, opvolgen van veiligheidsprocedures
- Budgetopvolging binnen je servicelijnen en bijdragen aan kostenoptimalisatie
- Zorg dragen voor correcte rapportering, data-integriteit, surveys en audits
- Ondersteuning bij projecten en initiatieven gericht op continue verbetering
- Beheer en controle van inspecties, inventarissen, opslag- en locker-toegangen
- Afstemmen en implementeren van standaard communicatie en globale initiatieven op site
- Samenwerken binnen het team om een hoge gebruikerstevredenheid te behalen
Jouw profiel
- Minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring binnen facility, hospitality, corporate services of een vergelijkbare omgeving
- Vloeiend in het Engels en Nederlands, Frans is een grote plus
- Sterk in organisatie, communicatie en stakeholdermanagement
- Klantgericht, proactief en zelfstandig, met oog voor detail
- In staat om meerdere operationele topics tegelijk te beheren
- Affiniteit met veiligheid, kwaliteit en gebruikerservaring
