Wil je een sleutelrol spelen in de verdere professionalisering van onze commerciële werking en mee bouwen aan een organisatie met maatschappelijke impact? Dan ben jij misschien de Pricing & Commercial Excellence Lead die we zoeken.

Om onze commerciële werking verder te versterken, zoeken we een analytische en ondernemende collega die pricing, commerciële inzichten en portfolio-ontwikkeling samenbrengt. Je neemt het inhoudelijke voortouw in het uitbouwen van een transparant en toekomstgericht pricingbeleid en helpt de organisatie om commerciële keuzes beter te onderbouwen.
Als Pricing & Commercial Excellence Lead ben je eigenaar van de pricinglogica en commerciële onderbouwing van ons aanbod. Je ontwikkelt kaders, modellen en inzichten die bijdragen aan een consistente prijszetting, rendabele groei en een sterkere commerciële besluitvorming.

- Je analyseert prijsniveaus, marges, rendabiliteit en commerciële impact en vertaalt deze inzichten naar concrete aanbevelingen
- Je werkt mee aan de verdere structurering van ons dienstenportfolio en commerciële proposities
- Je ondersteunt sales bij complexe offertes, commerciële dossiers en pricingvraagstukken
- Je bewaakt de samenhang tussen pricing, portfolio, proposities en commerciële doelstellingen
- Je volgt marktontwikkelingen, klantbehoeften en commerciële trends op en vertaalt die naar verbeterinitiatieven
- Je combineert sterke analytische vaardigheden met commerciële feeling
- Je houdt ervan om structuur te brengen in complexe vraagstukken
- Je bent sterk in stakeholdermanagement en bouwt vlot bruggen tussen verschillende teams
- Je beschikt over enkele jaren relevante ervaring in pricing, commercial excellence, business analyse, revenue management, category management of een vergelijkbare functie
- Je hebt een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig denkniveau
- Je werkt vlot met Excel, BI-tools en data-analyse
- Ervaring met CRM-systemen, portfolio management of commerciële procesverbetering is een plus.
