Spring Professional , een onderdeel van de Adecco Group en dé HR-partner voor startende en ervaren projectconsultants. Wij specialiseren ons in project sourcing, consultancy, freelancers en outsourcing binnen de domeinen Customer Service, HR, Marketing, Office en Sales . Onze missie? De juiste talenten koppelen aan uitdagende projecten, zodat bedrijven én carrières kunnen groeien!
Als Career Manager ben jij dé spil tussen topkandidaten en opdrachtgevers. Jouw doel? Het marktaandeel en de klanttevredenheid van jouw Business Line vergroten! Je neemt de leiding in het hele recruitmentproces: van vacaturebeheer en werving tot selectie en matching. Daarnaast bouw je duurzame relaties op met klanten én kandidaten.
Wat ga je doen- Vacaturebeheer: Creëer aantrekkelijke jobomschrijvingen en zorg dat ze de juiste doelgroep bereiken via diverse kanalen.
- Werving & selectie: Speur talent op, voer diepgaande gesprekken en beoordeel wie de beste match is.
- Matching: Koppel kandidaten aan de juiste opdracht en begeleid ze tijdens het hele proces.
- Relatiebeheer: Onderhoud en versterk contacten met bestaande klanten en adviseer hen over de beste kandidaten.
- Innovatie: Ontdek en implementeer nieuwe manieren van werven.
- Een afgeronde bacheloropleiding (bij voorkeur in HR, commercie of een gerelateerd vakgebied).
- Eerste werkervaring in recruitment, HR of een technische omgeving.
- Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden in Nederlands, Frans en Engels .
- Commercieel inzicht en de drive om resultaatgericht te werken.
- Een proactieve en flexibele mindset: jij ziet kansen en grijpt ze direct!
- Kennis van sociale wetgeving en ervaring met recruitmenttools (zoals Carerix) is een pluspunt.
- Rijbewijs B (voor klantbezoeken).
