Role Overview

A premier international producer of heavy vehicles and commercial transport technology is hiring a dedicated Customer Advisor to join its facility in Ghent, Belgium. In this position, your main goal is to minimize fleet downtime and keep global logistics networks moving smoothly. Functioning as a vital liaison between corporate clients and senior engineering teams, you will deliver high-level technical direction, diagnostic support, and custom operational strategies to service partners and fleet managers across the globe.

Core Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Serve as a direct line of contact for high-priority inquiries via phone and digital channels, maintaining strict brand standards for safety and performance.
• Complex Problem-Solving: Evaluate multi-faceted operational challenges to deliver rapid, data-informed solutions for international business partners.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, sales, and supply chain departments to accelerate issue resolution and maintain precise data records across company platforms.
• Structured Hybrid Schedule: Work four days on-site at the Ghent office with one flexible remote work day per week.
• Paid Onboarding Program: Complete a fully compensated, initial training module. Prior mechanical or engineering background is not mandatory; all specialized product knowledge is provided.

Candidate Requirements

Language Skills

• Bilingual Proficiency: Native or fully fluent in Czech and Lithuanian (both oral and written), with the capacity to transition seamlessly between both languages in business contexts.
• English Competency: Minimum B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) to navigate enterprise software, produce reports, and communicate with global colleagues.
