Local Clinical Trial Manager - FSP, Benelux

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Local Clinical Trial Manager for the Benelux region to lead in-country clinical operations teams and oversee study delivery across multiple sites. This remote, office-based role involves managing study timelines, budgets, quality, and stakeholder communications within regulatory and contractual requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead local clinical operations team and serve as operational point-of-contact between central and country study teams
- Manage study site selection, feasibility, and performance accountability within Benelux region
- Develop and maintain country study plans with timelines, budgets, and quality milestones
- Oversee study database accuracy, monitoring visit reports, and risk assessments
- Create and manage study budgets including expenditures, site payments, and vendor negotiations
Requirements
- Clinical trial operations or project management experience
- Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and IND regulations
- Budget management and financial tracking skills
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with clinical trial master files and study databases
