Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:
- De administratieve opvolging van juridische documenten en vennootschapsdossiers
- Het up-to-date houden van UBO-documentatie en governancegerelateerde administratie
- Ondersteuning bij het beheer en de opvolging van juridische tools en databanken
- Het correct documenteren en archiveren van juridische informatie
- Algemene administratieve ondersteuning van het Legal team

Profil
Jouw Profil
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een bacheloropleiding in een juridische richting gevolgd of beschikt over relevante ervaring binnen een administratieve functie met een sterke juridische component
- Je hebt affiniteit met juridische administratie, governance en corporate documentatie
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en discreet
- Je bent proactief en neemt graag zelfstandig zaken op
- Je voelt je comfortabel in een ondersteunende rol binnen een professioneel juridisch team
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je goed behelpen in het Frans
Offre
- Periode: zo snel mogelijk tot eind 2026 (tijdelijke opdracht)
- Locatie: hoofdkantoor in Brussel
- Dienstverband: voltijds
- Telewerken: 2 tot 3 dagen/week afhankelijk van de bedrijfsbehoeften (meer aanwezigheid in het begin voor onboarding)
- Salaris volgens de schaal en op basis van ervaring
