In a context where AI, high-speed connectivity, and next-generation electronics are accelerating at an unprecedented pace, advanced copper-based materials are becoming a critical enabler of performance and innovation. We are currently partnering with a technology-driven industrial player looking to strengthen its leadership in quality for highly demanding electronic materials.
Job Description
We are seeking a Chief Quality Officer (or equivalent senior leader) to drive a step-change in quality excellence across R&D and industrial operations.
Your mission: You will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating quality standards for next-generation copper-based materials used in advanced electronic applications. Your responsibilities will include:- Defining and executing the global quality strategy across complex, high-performance products
- Building and optimizing a robust R&D quality management system, ensuring traceability and standardization
- Leading quality across the entire product lifecycle (innovation → validation → industrialization → mass production)
- Establishing proactive quality risk management frameworks
- Acting as a key interface with top-tier customers and strategic partners
- Driving root cause analysis, corrective actions, and zero-defect initiatives
- Fostering a strong, cross-functional quality culture across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of experience in quality leadership within copper, PCB, or advanced electronic materials industries
- Strong exposure to high-performance environments (ultra-thin materials, high frequency / high-speed applications, critical reliability requirements)
- Solid command of international quality standards (ISO, IATF, APQP, FMEA, PPAP, etc.)
- Proven experience operating at the intersection of R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain
- Strong leadership track record, with the ability to structure and transform organizations
- Analytical mindset combined with a hands-on, results-driven approach
