Change Management Service

The Change Manager will play a pivotal role in guiding a high-impact transformation initiative over a 7-month engagement in Brussels, Belgium. This position is central to ensuring that strategic changes are not only implemented effectively but also embraced and sustained across the organization. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end change journey from initial strategy and planning through to adoption and long-term sustainability by crafting compelling narratives that clarify the purpose and value of transformation. With a focus on driving stakeholder alignment and fostering behavioral change, the Change Manager will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and project teams, proactively identifying risks and removing barriers to adoption. By embedding change management into governance and decision-making processes, this role ensures that transformation efforts deliver measurable impact and lasting results.

• Lead the change journey from strategy through adoption and sustainability
  
• Create compelling narratives that help people understand the purpose, value, and impact of transformation initiatives
  
• Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across complex organizational environments.
  
• Enable behavioural change and ensure new ways of working are embraced and embedded
  
• Act as a coach and trusted sparring partner to project teams and business leaders
  
• Anticipate resistance, identify risks early, and proactively remove barriers to adoption
  
• Ensure change management is fully integrated into governance, planning, and decision-making processes.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management within large-scale transformation programs.
  
• Proven track record of driving adoption and behavioural change in complex environments.
  
• Experience applying structured change methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or similar frameworks.
  
• Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement, organizational dynamics, and change adoption principles.
