De Personal Assistant biedt directe ondersteuning aan de Director en zorgt voor een vlotte en efficiënte organisatie van het dagelijkse bestuur. Dit omvat:
- Complex agendabeheer en coördinatie van afspraken en vergaderingen
- Opmaak en opvolging van correspondentie, rapporten en dossiers
- Voorbereiden van meetings en notuleren waar nodig
- Contactpunt voor interne en externe stakeholders
- Organisatie van reizen, evenementen en administratieve processen
- Discrete afhandeling van vertrouwelijke documenten
De ideale kandidaat:
- Heeft relevante ervaring als Personal Assistant of in een vergelijkbare ondersteunende rol
- Heeft een professioneel niveau zowel in het Nederlands, Frans als Engels
- Werkt gestructureerd, proactief en met een hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
- Is communicatief sterk en representatief
- Heeft een sterk gevoel voor discretie en kan omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie
- Is teamgericht maar kan ook autonoom functioneren
- Een gevarieerde en verantwoordelijke functie binnen een maatschappelijk relevante vzw
- 1 dag per week home office
- Overige dagen op kantoor in Brussel (vlakbij het centraal station)
- Een warm, collegiaal team en een organisatie met duidelijke waarden
- Professionele stabiliteit en aandacht voor welzijn
