Your team and your responsibilities



Team/division description


People & Innovation (P&I) is Toyota Motor Europe's HR function, responsible for developing people strategies, enhancing employee experience, driving organisational effectiveness, and leading HR innovation and digital transformation initiatives.


Insights & Planning (I&P), as part of P&I, provides strategic planning, governance, and knowledge management capabilities that enable effective resource planning, and execution of key P&I priorities across P&I organisation.



Your project


During the internship, the successful candidate will support the design and implementation of a P&I Knowledge Management framework by:

• Mapping existing knowledge sources across P&I.
• Reviewing current SharePoint sites and content structure.
• Identifying opportunities to improve information accessibility and searchability.
• Supporting the creation of a "single source of truth" approach for key P&I processes, policies, standards, and best practices.
• Developing knowledge governance recommendations.
• Supporting preparation for future AI-enabled knowledge retrieval and Copilot usage.
• Contributing to user communication, adoption, and engagement activities.

Your Profile

• You are fluent in English (TME's business language)
• Previous experience with SharePoint or content management systems.
• Understanding of Knowledge Management concepts.
• Interest in AI, Microsoft Copilot, or digital transformation.
• Experience in academic or extracurricular projects involving process improvement, research, or change management.

• Monday, 2nd of November

• 6 months

Due to business requirement, not all performed projects can be reflected in the internship report. This issue needs to be discussed with candidate/school in advance.



It is mandatory that applicants are students for the entire period of the internship.



We can only accept students with an EEA or Swiss citizenship (not requiring a work permit or visa to be eligible to perform an internship in Belgium)
