Toetscoördinator | Antwerpen | Hybride

We are looking for an experienced Toetscoördinator / External Auditor to support a major infrastructure project in Antwerpen. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring and improving the testing and quality assurance process, ensuring that procedures, deliverables and results meet the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the test/audit plan and planning to ensure effective quality control.
• Coordinate audits and assessments with contractors and project stakeholders.
• Monitor the quality of tests, assessments and results .
• Evaluate and audit procedures to ensure quality and continuous process improvement.
• Identify findings, risks and areas for improvement and report these to project management.
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the contractor's quality management system .
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper follow-up of audit findings.
• Act as a bridge between project teams, contractors and management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience within infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality-related roles within infrastructure or civil engineering.
• Proven experience with test plans and/or audit plans .
• Experience processing, documenting and reporting audit/test results.
• Strong knowledge of quality auditing, audit management and process improvement .
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills.
• Experience with risk management is an advantage.
• Native or bilingual Dutch proficiency.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Proactive, structured and collaborative approach.

Practical Information

• Location: Antwerpen, Belgium
• Work arrangement: Hybrid
• On-site requirement: Minimum 3 days per week in Antwerpen
• Duration: As soon as possible – 31 December 2027
• Commitment: Minimum 0.8 FTE , up to 1 FTE
• Seniority: Medior / Experienced
