- rospecter de nouveaux clients B2B (entreprises, industries, etc.)
- Développer et fidéliser le portefeuille clients existant
- Identifier les besoins techniques et proposer des solutions adaptées
- Préparer et présenter les offres commerciales et devis
- Négocier les contrats et assurer le suivi des ventes
- Collaborer avec les équipes techniques afin de garantir la satisfaction client
- Assurer une veille du marché et de la concurrence
- Participer aux salons, événements et rendez-vous commerciaux
- Atteindre les objectifs de vente fixés par la direction
- Effectuer un reporting régulier des activités commerciales
- Collaborer avec le Sales Coordinator pour le suivi des leads
- Participer à la pondération et au suivi des offres commerciales
- Créer une relation de confiance durable avec les clients
- Assurer la médiation et le suivi client
- Suivre les KPI’s commerciaux
- Garantir une excellente expérience client et encourager les collaborations futures
