Finance Manager

We have partnered with an independent infrastructure and PE fund. They are looking for a Finance Manager to join their team. This role can be based in either Luxembourg or London. This will be the sole person managing the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Management of VAT returns for UK management entity and Lux project entities.

• Preparation of quarterly management information including accounts, budgets, and cashflow.

• Bookkeeping responsibilities such as data entry, reconciliations, and payment processing.

• Handling annual accounts management for UK manager and Lux real estate projects.

• Maintenance of budgets on monthly and quarterly basis, ensuring liquidity statements.

• Coordination of quarterly investor distribution waterfalls and distribution payments.

Key Requirements

• Real estate and Infrastructure background is advantageous

• A fully qualified accountant with 1-4 years of post qualified experience

• Fluency in German is a bonus

• Comfortable working in a small office
