Als National Sales Director ben je verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële strategie van DAS België en voor het aansturen van ons netwerk van makelaars en partners.
Concreet :
- Je geeft leiding aan het Sales Management Team (Sales Manager Noord, Sales Manager Zuid, Third Party Sales Manager, Marketing & Communication Manager) en ondersteunt hun teams in het veld.
- Je ontwerpt en implementeert een duidelijke segmentatie van ons makelaarsnetwerk, met gedifferentieerde benaderingen voor elk segment (volume, marge, potentieel, strategische fit).
- Je stuurt de transformatie van ons bedrijfsmodel van "volume" naar "marge" aan:
- Je versterkt relaties met belangrijke makelaars en partners en fungeert als hun senior aanspreekpunt in jouw rol als National Sales Director.
- Je ondersteunt de Third Party Sales Managerbij het ontwikkelen van nieuwe vormen van distributie en partnerships buiten het traditionele intermediairkanaal.
- Je superviseert het team Marketing & Communicatie om een perfecte afstemming te garanderen tussen marketingactiviteiten (campagnes, evenementen, opleidingen, communicatie) en commerciële prioriteiten.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de CEO, COO, Head of Technical Excellence, Head of Claims en Head of UPM om de commerciële strategie af te stemmen op acceptatie, schadebeheer en operaties, binnen het kader van het actuele strategische plan.
