Technical Support / IGA Expert

Dans le cadre du renforcement de l’équipe IT Security / IAM de notre client, nous recherchons un(e) Technical Support / IGA Expert pour intervenir sur des sujets clés liés à la gestion des identités et des accès (IAM / IGA).
Vos principales missions:
- Participer à l’évolution et à l’amélioration de la capacité IGA / IAM
- Administrer les applications, rôles, permissions, règles métier et workflows de validation
- Gérer les demandes d’accès dans l’IGA
- Assurer le user management : onboarding, modifications, mutations, changements de contrats, désactivation/réactivation et gestion des Azure Guests
- Participer aux processus de Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Accompagner les évolutions de l’IGA et la mise en place de nouveaux processus
- Assurer du support de niveau 3 sur les problématiques IAM/IGA : erreurs de données, fichiers d’import, incidents d’accès, tickets techniques…
- Produire et exploiter des reportings et extractions IGA
- Collaborer avec les équipes IT Security et le prestataire en charge du support technique
Profil recherché:
- Expérience confirmée en IAM / IGA
- Environnement Azure
- Administration de bases de données
- Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office 365
- Expérience en support technique / opérations
- Sensibilité aux enjeux de sécurité et de gouvernance des accès
