Pour l'un de nos clients spécialisé dans la logistique, nous recherchons un.e Responsable Supply Chain expérimenté.e.
En tant que Supply Chain Manager, vous serez amené.e à :
- Garantir la disponibilité des produits aux clients et les niveaux de stocks
- Optimiser le niveau de service des fournisseurs stockés sur entrepôts
Tâches :
- Piloter les process en matière d'approvisionnement et de stock ainsi que les relations avec les différents prestataires.
- Analyser et suivre les commandes aux fournisseurs
- Gérer les mouvements exceptionnels de marchandises
- Mettre en place des KPI's et tableaux de bord permettant d'analyser la performance des actions menées et de prévision aux niveaux macro et micro
- Coordonner et superviser l'équipe d'approvisionnement et stock (5 personnes)
- Mettre en place des projets d'améliorations constantes
Minimum 5 à 7 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire
Anglais professionnel (échanges fournisseurs, documentation, outils ERP)
Master en logistique, Supply Chain ou équivalent
Excellente maîtrise des processus d'approvisionnement, de gestion des stocks et de la planification logistique
Expérience en application de commandes
Bonne connaissance des flux logistiques amont et aval
Compétences solides en analyse de données, création et suivi de KPI, tableaux de bord, prévision macro et micro
Maîtrise des ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) et outils de gestion de la chaîne logistique
Expérience avérée en encadrement d'équipes approvisionnement / stock
Leadership naturel, capacité à fédérer et coordonner
Sens de la communication, aisance dans les échanges transverses (achats, production, logistique, entrepôt)
Capacité à gérer les priorités, réactivité face aux imprévus
