Voor een internationale organisatie actief binnen de mobiliteits- en transportsector zijn wij op zoek naar een Procurement Administrator (M/V/X) .
Je komt terecht in een stabiele, groeiende onderneming met een Europees karakter, waar samenwerking, kwaliteit en continue verbetering centraal staan.
Jouw rol & takenpakket
Als Procurement Administrator ondersteun je het aankoopteam en zorg je ervoor dat alle administratieve processen vlot en nauwkeurig verlopen.
- Je verwerkt aankoopaanvragen en maakt bestellingen aan.
- Je volgt bestellingen op en onderhoudt contact met leveranciers.
- Je controleert offertes, orderbevestigingen en facturen.
- Je beheert contracten en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.
- Je houdt aankoopgegevens en documentatie up-to-date in de systemen.
- Je ondersteunt bij rapporteringen en analyses van aankoopdata.
- Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen om aankoopnoden tijdig te detecteren en op te volgen.
- Je signaleert verbeterpunten en denkt mee na over efficiëntere processen.
Jouw profiel
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen administratie, aankoop, supply chain of een gelijkaardige functie.
- Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
- Je bent administratief sterk en hebt oog voor detail.
- Je kan vlot overweg met MS Office, waaronder Excel.
- Je communiceert vlot met zowel interne als externe contacten.
- Je spreekt vlot Engels, aangezien de functie wordt uitgeoefend in het Engels.
- Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt graag in teamverband.
