Sales Executive, Digital Solutions (Wallonia & Luxembourg)

Are you a driven sales professional who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities, and winning new business?

At ZF Digital Solutions, we're looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Sales Executive to accelerate growth across Wallonia and Luxembourg. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new customer relationships, building a strong sales pipeline, and driving commercial success for our innovative digital solutions portfolio, including our SCALAR platform.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven hunter who thrives on prospecting, consultative selling, and closing complex B2B deals while enjoying the autonomy to grow and develop an assigned territory.

What you will do:

•    Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities across Wallonia and Luxembourg.
•    Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, social selling, and outbound activities.
•    Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer challenges, business objectives, and decision-making processes.
•    Present and demonstrate our digital solutions and develop compelling business cases for prospective customers.
•    Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
•    Accurately maintain pipeline activity and forecasting within CRM.
•    Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
•    Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and identify opportunities for account expansion.
•    Provide customer and market insights to support product development and go-to-market initiatives.

What we are looking for:

Essential
•    Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or new customer acquisition.
•    Strong hunter mentality with a track record of generating and winning new business.
•    Experience managing consultative or solution-based sales cycles.
•    Commercially driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously.
•    Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
•    Fluent French and English.
•    Willingness to travel regularly throughout Wallonia and Luxembourg.

Nice to have
•    Experience selling software, SaaS, technology, digital, telecom, mobility, logistics, leasing, financial, or other complex B2B solutions.
•    Experience selling into transport, logistics, fleet, mobility, or automotive-related customers.
•    Knowledge of CRM-driven sales processes.
•    Dutch/Flemish language skills.

Industry experience is welcome but not essential. We are particularly interested in sales professionals with experience in new business acquisition who are motivated to drive growth, develop customer relationships, and create opportunities in the market.
