Om ons Onboarding-team binnen onze Services Center te versterken, zijn we momenteel opzoek naar een Registration Officer.
Wat verwachten wij van u ?
Je volgt aansluitingsdossiers op en zorgt voor een correcte opstart van nieuwe klanten.
Je contacteert klanten om de nodige documenten en informatie te verzamelen.
Je maakt werkgeversdossiers aan in onze loonverwerkingssysteem en hebt contact met onze officiële instanties.
Je past je kennis van de sociale wetgeving toe: paritaire comités, arbeidsreglementering en andere relevante regelgeving
Je begeleidt klanten tijdens hun onboarding en beantwoordt hun administratieve vragen.
Je zorgt voor een kwalitatieve overdracht naar de beheerder zodat de loonverwerking kan worden opgestart.

U krijgt groeikansen binnen uw eigen team én binnen onze groep van ongeveer 1.800 medewerkers.
Daarnaast kan u, bovenop uw hoofdrol, ook aanvullende rollen opnemen.
Via onze interne academie krijgt u toegang tot opleidingen en workshops om uw kennis uit te breiden en uw competenties verder te ontwikkelen.

⭐ Wie ben jij ?
Je hebt idealiter een eerste ervaring binnen een sociaal secretariaat, maar gemotiveerde juniors komen ook in aanmerking.
Je beheerst het Nederlands minstens op C1-niveau; een basiskennis Frans volstaat voor de interne samenwerking met collega's.
Je bent klantgericht en communiceert vlot naar klanten toe.
Je werkt op een gestructureerde manier en denkt oplossingsgericht.
