Your Responsibilities

• Build and develop the company's commercial footprint across Belgium.
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients through a proactive hunting approach.
• Create, enrich, and manage a qualified database of prospects and decision-makers.
• Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners.
• Contribute to the local growth strategy and provide regular market insights and reporting.
• Represent the company at networking events, trade fairs, and industry conferences.
• Support the future development and structuring of the Belgian business operations.

Jouw profiel

Your Profile

• Perfectly bilingual in French and Dutch (mandatory), with a good command of English.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or a similar commercial role.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
• Independent, energetic, and ambitious, with a proactive mindset.
• Thrives in a challenging environment and is motivated by achieving results.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to build opportunities from scratch.
