Pour notre partenaire, nous sommes à la recherche d'un HR Business Partner pour un remplacement de 3/4 mois sur la région de Charleroi.
Mission :
Assurer toute l'administration du personnel.
Effectuer des DRS, vérification des incapacités et salaire garanti, vérif de pointages, mesure d'entrée et de sortie, licenciement, dimona, gestion des plans d'embauche, crédit -temps etc....
Les compétences requisesEn tant que HR Business Partner, vous correspondez à ce profil:
Bachelier en RH de préférence ou CESS avec expérience en RH idéalement en hard RH.
La connaissance de SAP HR est impérative.
Un profil ayant de l'expérience dans un secrétariat social sans connaissance de SAP pourrait convenir.
La personne doit pouvoir travailler dans un environnement où le rythme de travail est soutenu, autonome et avec une bonne gestion du stress. L'ambiance de travail est très conviviale, c'est le point positif mais soutenu.
