As an HR Officer, you play a key role in supporting our employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle. 
You are the first point of contact for HR-related questions and ensure accurate and timely administration in a fast-paced environment.

Tasks:

• Support the monthly payroll preparation process;
• Manage the administrative onboarding of new employees, including employment contracts, policies, access badges,
• company cars, laptops, mobile phones and other related tasks;
• Administer and follow up on short-term and long-term absences, occupational accidents and leave registrations;
• Coordinate and maintain training records and registrations;
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions;
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data;
• Verify HR-related invoices and process purchase requests;
• Ensure accurate time and attendance administration through Protime.

You bring

• You have previous experience in an HR administrative or HR Officer role;
• You have knowledge of Belgian social legislation and ideally experience within Joint Committee 226;
• Experience with Protime or GBS is considered a strong asset;
• You are highly organized, punctual and detail-oriented;
• You have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with employees and stakeholders;
• You can manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment;
• You work accurately and maintain a high level of confidentiality;
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English;
• You are able to work independently while remaining a strong team player.
