Document Control Officer
Ben jij een sterk gestructureerde administratieve professional met een hart voor orde, procedures en duidelijke documentatie? Werk je graag nauwkeurig, analytisch en ondersteunend? En wil je een sleutelrol opnemen in het beheer en de interne uitrol van procedures en documentatie binnen een organisatie? Dan is dit mogelijk jouw volgende uitdaging.
In deze functie maak je het verschil als Document Controller. Je zorgt ervoor dat procedures, werkinstructies en documentatie correct worden beheerd, up-to-date blijven en vlot toegankelijk zijn binnen de organisatie. Je werkt gestructureerd, bewaakt kwaliteit en zorgt ervoor dat systemen effectief gebruikt worden. Affiniteit met HSE is mooi meegenomen.
De functie is opgebouwd rond drie kerndomeinen:
Documentbeheer & systeemuitrol
- Je beheert en bewaakt het documentbeheersysteem en zorgt voor consistente toepassing
- Je houdt procedures, werkinstructies en documenten actueel, correct en goed gestructureerd
- Je ondersteunt bij de interne uitrol van het systeem, geeft duidelijke richtlijnen en opleidingen
- Je volgt het gebruik actief op en durft collega’s aan te spreken om afspraken te respecteren
Data, KPI’s & rapportering
- Je houdt relevante gegevens en KPI’s correct bij en maakt overzichtelijke rapporten
- Je vertaalt data naar duidelijke rapportages, tabellen en grafieken
- Je werkt vlot met Excel (goede tot zeer goede kennis)
Administratieve ondersteuning & interne communicatie
- Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen en actualiseren van procedures (organisatiebreed)
- Je helpt bij interne campagnes of communicatie rond procedures en veilig werken
- Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en – indien van toepassing – met de preventieadviseur of HSE-verantwoordelijke
Wie zoeken wij in deze Administratieve HSE functie?
- Je hebt een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je bent administratief sterk en kan prioriteiten stellen
- Je werkt zeer zelfstandig, gestructureerd en nauwkeurig
- Je bent communicatief sterk en durft zaken blijvend onder de aandacht te brengen
- Excel heeft voor jou weinig geheimen
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Frans, Nederlands en goed Engels
Waar kan je als administratief bediende HSE op rekenen?
- Een loon volgens barema + taalpremie
- Een voltijds contract van – 40u/week
- Glijdende werkuren (start tussen 7u30 en 9u00)
- 3 dagen kantoor – 2 dagen thuiswerk, in overleg met de preventieadviseur, tijdens de opleidingsperiode werk je volledig op kantoor
- Telewerkvergoeding: €20/maand
- Netto onkostenvergoeding: €6,14 per gewerkte dag
- Maaltijdcheques: €8
- Eco-cheques: €250/jaar
- 12 ADV-dagen + 2 extra bedrijfseigen verlofdagen
- Groeps- en hospitalisatieverzekering
