People Business Partner Assoc Manager - Belux

Responsible for defining the overall People strategy and goals, in alignment with the business goals and strategies, leading teams and processes associated with the management of the organization’s people. Manages or performs work across multiple People Function sub-families and is responsible for general People Function program/policy development, administration, compliance, general business support, employee hiring, onboarding, termination, and records maintenance. Manages employee and labor relations communications, rewards program coordination and/or administration, and relocation services (domestic and international.) Applies comprehensive knowledge of the People Business Partners area to independently execute complex tasks and contribute to decision-making around strategy execution. May mentor and/or manage associates to ensure work is completed in an accurate and timely manner, providing guidance or support as needed. Responsible for defining and driving the achievement of the overall People strategy and goals, supporting the management and implementation of key People processes and performing work across multiple People sub-families including program development, associate relations, rewards coordination, relocation and immigration services, and People training.

This job applies advanced knowledge of People Business Partners area processes to independently execute and facilitate complex tasks and initiatives, identifying solutions to complex problems requiring investigation and analysis.

• Applies advanced knowledge of the People area to ensure adherence to best practices and policies, providing guidance to enable associates across PepsiCo to follow People processes seamlessly.
• Streamlines various People processes across sub-families, especially general businesses processes relating to immigration and relocation processes, performance management initiatives, and program organization.
• Collaborates with management regarding the hiring, termination, and onboarding of associates by aiding the formal recruiting process and performance evaluations of potential and existing PepsiCo associates.
• Proposes new means for the effective communication of PepsiCo's strategic goals internally through the development of cross-functional communication materials outlining PepsiCo's People practices or policies.
• Collaborates across People sub-families to drive program and policy development and mobility strategy and design.
• Facilitates the timely execution of area processes, guiding associates on best practice techniques to ensure organizational standards of excellence are met.

• Minimum of 8 year’s working experience in HR, preferable in matrixed FMCG environment
• Fluent in English, also in Dutch
• Proven and credible HR business partnering experience at senior business leader levels
• Strong knowledge of HR (best) practices
• In depth knowledge of Belgian labour legislation
• In depth business acumen in international, corporate FMCG environment, more specific in a commercial environment
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal influencing skills
• Agile, inquisitive approach focused on continuous improvement
• Advanced Microsoft office application skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to work under pressure and establish priorities in an every changing and sometime very ambiguous environment
