We are looking for a dynamic and motivated consultant to expand our Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) team. EY CCaSS works on various sustainability topics such as circular economy, sustainable business strategies and non-financial reporting. We provide services to private and public organizations in Belgium, in Europe and worldwide. Shape the future with confidence.

Our team is divided over our offices in Antwerp, Ghent and Brussels and we are flexible when it comes to your primary office.



Your Key Responsibilities

• You will lead and perform sustainability audit and advisory projects in both public and private institutions and will draft reports;
• You will support organisations with both sustainable strategy building and day-to-day sustainability challenges;
• You will optimize the value chain of organizations with the aim of maximizing value and minimizing waste, this way you will shaping a circular economy;
• You will be in charge of conducting risk analysis with regards to legislation and brand reputation (this on a national and international level);
• Because you will work within a branch of EY that is in full expansion, you are expected to develop the market and you will be actively on the lookout for new opportunities;

Your Profile


You:

• Have a Master degree in engineering;
• Have a passion for everything that has to do with sustainability;
• Are analytical, you love to analyze and improve processes, and a little bit of creativity can go a long way;
• Have solid communication and presentation skills, both written and oral;
• Can work autonomously, our team is still growing so we expect you to be able to develop the market through networking and prospecting;
• Will interact with clients, so we expect you to speak native Dutch and have a very good knowledge of English;
• Strong affinity with AI and genuine interest in applying new AI trends in a professional context;
• Are available to start in October 2026.
