Prêt à piloter des chantiers d'envergure et à faire la différence au quotidien ?
En tant que Gestionnaire de projets HVAC, tu es le chef d'orchestre indispensable qui coordonne chaque projet technique de A à Z, de la signature du contrat jusqu'à la livraison finale.
Tu apportes ton expertise technique et tes capacités d'organisation pour garantir un suivi irréprochable et un travail de qualité.
Au quotidien, tes missions sont les suivantes :
- Préparation & Coordination : Planifier, coordonner et superviser l'ensemble des opérations sur le chantier.
- Gestion des achats & Approvisionnement : Sélectionner les sous-traitants, négocier les offres et commander le matériel principal (pompes à chaleur, systèmes de ventilation).
- Management d'équipe : Assurer la direction quotidienne de l'équipe de chantier et veiller à une excellente collaboration.
- Suivi administratif & Financier : Contrôler les états d'avancement, les décomptes et transmettre les dossiers techniques aux parties prenantes. Relations partenaires : Participer aux réunions de chantier et être le point de contact privilégié des clients, architectes et bureaux d'études.
- Sécurité & Qualité : Veiller au respect strict des règles de sécurité et trouver rapidement des solutions aux imprévus du terrain.
Profil
Les indispensables :
- Diplôme de niveau supérieur en construction, électromécanique ou orientation technique similaire (ou équivalent par expérience).
- Expérience probante en tant que Gestionnaire de projets HVAC, conducteur de travaux ou fonction similaire dans le secteur technique ou du bâtiment.
- Maîtrise parfaite du néerlandais avec une très bonne connaissance du français pour communiquer aisément avec tous les intervenants. Solides compétences en organisation, planification et gestion d'équipe.
- Aisance avec les outils informatiques usuels.
- Tes atouts :
- Expertise pointue dans le domaine du génie climatique, de la ventilation et des techniques spéciales.
- Communication assertive, grande résistance au stress et orientation solution sur le terrain.
