En tant que Business Development Manager, tu seras le moteur essentiel de notre croissance commerciale dans la région.
Tu collaboreras avec plusieurs agences Synergie et auras une mission claire : prospecter sans relâche pour conquérir de nouveaux clients.
Concrètement, tu :
- Identifies et approches de nouveaux clients à fort potentiel de croissance
- Collabore avec la Sales Directrice pour élaborer un plan d’action efficace.
- Prends les devants avec les nouveaux clients, du premier contact jusqu’au transfert vers l’agence locale
- Construis des ponts solides entre clients et agences Synergie pour garantir une collaboration optimale
- Anticipes les besoins futurs des clients et proposes des solutions adaptées
- Gères l’administratif lié : offres, fiches clients et rapports de visite

Votre profil - Formation de niveau supérieur
- Talent commercial naturel, toujours à l’affût des opportunités
- Indépendant(e) tout en étant un(e) excellent(e) joueur(se) d’équipe
- Organisé(e), motivé(e) et orienté(e) résultats
- Expérience obligatoire en vente de services RH, idéalement avec des contacts au niveau RH ou direction
- Maîtrise du français courant ; le néerlandais et l’anglais sont des atouts
Nous ne recherchons pas un(e) Business Development Manager classique, mais un(e) véritable entrepreneur(se) et développeur(se) de réseau qui puise son énergie dans la prospection à froid et la conquête de nouveaux clients.

- Salaire brut mensuel : 3500 à 4500 € selon expérience

Conditions de travail
- 40h/semaine avec horaires flexibles
