Responsibilities

• Creates, manages and optimizes SEA Campaigns aligned with customer objectives
• Guarantees that production and delivery lead times are met according to defined SLAs
• Meets Individual KPIs (Campaign management, Customer objectives & customer satisfaction)
• Maintains coherence of the SEA strategy with the customer’s overall marketing strategy
• Detects potential areas of improvement during the management of SEA campaigns
• Is proactive in indicating improvements when needed and communicates to Manager
• Manages incoming requests from external departments, prioritizes and communicates efficiently
• Supports other elements of the team (this includes being a reliable backup during absences)
• Reports on Account & Campaign performance for both internal and external purposes
• Keeps the digital knowledge pro-actively up to date (Actively stays aware of market trends and updated concerning digital marketing and advertising – main focus on SEA)
• Assures confidentiality of all customer & company information
• Communicates in a timely and professional manner to internal & external clients via e-mail, Wrike & telephone
• Analyses and evaluates campaign performances and creates roadmaps for optimisations. Coordinates and follows up on the roadmap efficiently to task force members.
• Occasionally presents SEA results & recommendations during live presentations to Advertisers
• Delegates tasks efficiently to other team members.

Qualifications

• Graduate or equal by experience
• Experience managing SEA Campaigns (Google or Bing)
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English
• Good understanding of Microsoft office tools
• Eager to learn continuously
• Structured and disciplined with a mature sense of responsibility
• Has experience managing internal and/or external customer expectations
