Hun producten zijn kritieke grondstoffen voor de halfgeleiderindustrie, optische toepassingen, hernieuwbare energie en life sciences. De groep realiseert wereldwijd een omzet van meer dan 2 miljard dollar en heeft een snelgroeiende positie in Europa, met een eigen productiesite in België.
Description
Je krijgt de opdracht om de Europese groei strategisch verder uit te bouwen. Je zoekt nieuwe marktopportuniteiten, vooral in het segment technology & equipment, en zet ze om in duurzame klantrelaties en omzet.
- Je bepaalt de Europese business-developmentstrategie en voert ze uit
- Je bouwt een netwerk uit op C-level en bij technische beslissers binnen industriële organisaties
- Je leidt complexe commerciële trajecten van de eerste verkenning tot het afsluiten van de deal
- Je bent de schakel tussen de markt, het Europese salesteam en het internationale hoofdkantoor
- Je functie is internationaal: je reist 30 tot 60% van je tijd binnen Europa en af en toe naar Azië
Profile
- Je hebt 5 tot 10 jaar commerciële of technisch-commerciële ervaring in metalen, halfgeleiders, fotonica of een verwante industrie
- Je hebt affiniteit met zuivere metalen of een achtergrond in chemie of materiaalkunde
- Je bent sterk analytisch en ondernemend, en je neemt doortastend beslissingen
- Je hebt een hoge persoonlijke drive en werkt resultaatgericht
- Je spreekt uitstekend Engels, andere talen zijn een troef
