Job Description

Are you interested in Human Resources and looking for an internship in Belgium? Great! BESIX is looking for a motivated intern to support our recruitment team for a period of 2 to 3 months.

Would you like to gain hands-on experience in recruitment within the construction sector? This internship could be a great opportunity to dive into the field. Your main responsibilities will include screening CVs, following up on candidate files, and providing general support to the recruitment team in their day-to-day activities.

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge in practice, with guidance and support from experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

What if you were BESIX's next talent?

• You are pursuing a Bachelor/ Master degree - Human Resources, Business Management/ Engineering or equivalent;
• You want to do an internship at our head office (Woluwe-Saint-Lambert);
• Your internship period must be at least 8 weeks full-time.  Please mention your internship period in your application ;
• You  speak French and Dutch  and you have a good knowledge of English;
• You have an analytical mind, autonomy and rigor;
• You are communicative, proactive and you are not afraid of being in direct intervention and cooperation with multiple stakeholders;
• You are flexible and you bounce back easily when faced with problems and challenges.
